Objectives of this lesson

Create a Patch in Easine with a VSTI and a VST.

Add a VSTI

First, we will add the VST /demo/Helios II to the Patch.

Click here to open the Browser:

Choose the VST tab and drag & drop the VSTI:

Note that Easine has created a show vst button, click on it to show / hide the VSTI interface.

Double click on the title of this new control panel. This way, you can open it and see that Usine has automatically created a midi in module and audio outs….

Add a Vst

Now, we can add a VST in this chain:

just drag and drop the Analog delay from your Browser onto the little square like this:

Now, this is what you should have:

Midi input

To send midi notes to the VSTI Helios II, you have to choose a hardware midi in. Use the shortcut: [ctrl+F5] and open the global setup / Midi In tab and select it:
