This is one of the main part of Usine. It will drive all the synchro parameters in modules.
Concerning the cycle parameter, imagine it as a kind of loop setting, as you would do with two markers in a traditionnal sequencer.
Number of bars in the cycle.
This indicates the current position in the cycle.
This indicates the total bar position of the sequencer.
Number of beats in the bar.
This indicates the current position in the bar (beats).
Global tempo. The tempo value can be set to any value from 0.01 to Billions of Billions bpm but the display range is limited, and can be modified in the Global Setup.
Divides the current tempo by 2.
Multiplies the current tempo by 2.
Enables you to adjust the tempo by successive taps.
Restarts the synchronization to the beginning of the cycle.
Switches ON or OFF the synchronization.
When this option is activated, the synchro restarts automatically from the beginning of the cycle when:
Time elapsed in SMPTE format (HH:MM:SS:Frames) or current Bar position according to the scale mode of the sequencer.
